Bellevue Split-Level

This project was a complete tear-down and rebuild of a classic mid-century split-level home in Bellevue, preserving only the original concrete foundation. Our scope included full architectural, interior, and landscape design. The clients were deeply committed to a high level of detail, selecting refined exterior finishes such as thermally modified wood siding and corten steel. Careful coordination between architecture and landscape design created a cohesive, modern home that honors mid-century principles while embracing contemporary craftsmanship.
