West Kinnear Craftsman

This full renovation of a 1911 Queen Anne Craftsman reimagines the home for modern living while honoring its original character. The layout was reconfigured to support a contemporary lifestyle, with careful attention paid to preserving traditional detailing throughout. New dormers were designed to align with the home’s historic style, while a new front porch and side entry enhance both function and curb appeal. A newly added attached garage features a covered rooftop terrace—perfectly positioned to take in sweeping views of Downtown Seattle.
