El Sueñito Brewing Company | Frelard Tamales Bellingham

Beginning their business in 2015 as Frelard Tamales in Seattle, owners Denis & Osbaldo engaged our team to help expand their business to Bellingham where they could pair their authentic, handmade tamales and delicious, inspired beers from their newly created El Sueñito Brewing Company. The project includes a commercial kitchen, service areas, and dining spaces with direct views of the brewhouse. A large roll-up door opens the indoor dining spaces to the outdoors in good weather. This vibrant and inclusive business has already become a community favorite. We continue to partner with Frelard Tamales on a 2600 sq. ft. tenant improvement which is currently in progress in Fremont.
