Mercer Island Mid-Century
This project is a beautifully restored 1959 Roderick Parr-designed home, originally known as the Seiler Residence. Over the course of three phases, the home was thoughtfully remodeled to embrace modern living while maintaining its mid-century charm. Key updates include a completely remodeled kitchen, a new addition, and a striking outdoor covered living space, along with a full landscape overhaul. Though the space was reimagined, the design approach was focused on restoration, ensuring that the home’s historical integrity was preserved while enhancing its function for contemporary life.
